Finance Department
Applicant must have a minimum of an associate degree to be considered for this position, but a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Must have a minimum of five years of accounting/bookkeeping experience with Local Public School accounting experience preferred. Experience with Harris Solutions accounting software, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, knowledge of State Department of Education ES-2 request for funding procedures, and proper office procedures.

Technology Logistics Specialist
12-month, 8-hour position
Qualifications include minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED); associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Military Service in related field preferred. Demonstrated experience in logistics, operations coordination, inventory management, or supply chain management — minimum of 5 years required. Experience managing assets, equipment, or fleet inventory in a high-accountability environment; military logistics, maintenance operations, or fleet management experience is highly valued. Proficiency with asset management systems, work order platforms, and productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent). Experience with or ability to quickly learn technology systems including device management platforms, ticketing systems, and inventory databases. Familiarity with program documentation, federal compliance reporting, or state audit preparation is desirable. Possession of a valid driver's license.
